Please allow 48 hours notice (excluding Saturday and Sunday) before collection.
Prescriptions can be requested by:
- Using the online request form below
- Calling at reception and returning the "receipt" part of your last prescription and ticking clearly the items required.
- Posting in your request enclosing a stamped addressed envelope with the "receipt" part of your last prescription and ticking clearly the items required
- Phoning the repeat prescription line (306 4604) After a certain number of repeat prescriptions have been issued, the computer will print a message on the prescription advising you to see your doctor before your medication runs out
- Fax your repeat prescription request - 382 1274
Repeat Prescription Collection Service
To minimise the inconvenience to you why not take advantage of the Repeat Prescription Service, which is offered FREE by our local pharmacists. When requesting a repeat prescription by letter or by telephone simply give the name of the local pharmacist you use, and we will arrange for your prescription to be collected by them. There will be no need for you to make a journey to the surgery just collect your repeat prescription direct from the chemist of your choice. Please allow additional time for the pharmacist to collect and dispense your prescription.
