
To See Your Doctor at the Surgery
The doctors will see you by appointment ONLY, made by telephoning or calling at reception - 0845 077 0030. Urgent cases will be seen the same day, otherwise you will be offered the first available time. Those patients needing to be seen urgently the same day may be asked to come at the end of surgery, but should be prepared to wait. Please do not abuse this system, as it is for EMERGENCIES ONLY. If you cannot keep an appointment please let us know.
Doctor Appointments
Approximately half of all of our Doctor appointments are available to be booked three weeks in advance and the remaining appointments are available 'on the day''. Please ring the surgery as soon after 08:30 as possible and we will do our best to give you an appointment with the Dr of your choice.
Doctor appointments are also available on Saturday mornings (by appointment only) - these appointments may be booked up to three weeks in advance.

All patients' records on file or on the computer are
confidential. In
order to maintain confidentiality, laboratory and X-ray results will only be given to
patients themselves, or to parents of minors if appropriate
Out of Hours
Outside of surgery hours, an 'Out of Hours' service is provided by the BADGER MEDICAL SERVICES.
You can access the Out of Hours service from the main surgery number 0845 077 0030. Your call will be automatically transferred to Badger, or if you prefer you may telephone Badger directly by dialing: 0300 555 9999
Usually your call will be triaged, and you will either be given telephone advice, asked to attend their treatment centre (located at Good Hope Hospital), or be given a home visit.
For general medical advice you can also ring NHS DIRECT on 0845 46 47 In an emergency, or if you are experiencing chest pain or discomfort, you should dial 999 and ask for the ambulance service.
