Dear Patients,

The Hawthorns would like to assure you all, we are still very much here and available for you during these difficult times. We are offering  telephone, video consultations with our GP’s and Nurses on a daily basis Monday to Friday. We are also offering a face-to-face GP appointment if deemed necessary after clinical judgement is made by the GP over the phone. Please if asked to attend a face to face appointment with a GP or Nurse, wear a face covering/mask. During this Covid-19 Pandemic we as a practice have had to quickly adapt our ways of working to ensure safety for you and our team.
