Important Changes to Telephone Access from January 2022

In order to improve telephone access and to manage the unprecedented demand, the following times are being designated for accessing different services at the surgery. The aim is to improve access over the telephone and improve patient experience. Calls for appointments will be accepted throughout the Surgery opening hours.

Non-urgent advice: Please note

Appointments can
only be offered subject to availability.

  • Prescription queries, will only be dealt with between 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Medical Secretary queries, will only be dealt with between the hours of 10AM – 11AM and 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • Results will only be dealt with between 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
