The Electronic Prescription Service or EPS as it is known is an NHS service that will send your prescription to your nominated pharmacy without the need for a paper copy or a visit the practice.
Nominate a pharmacy of your choice and this pharmacy will receive your prescription directly from your GP, via the EPS Service. EPS is a reliabe and secure service giving you more choice about where to get your medicines from. You may nominate a pharmacy that is closer to your workplace for example.

You do not need to have a computer at home for this service – this will save you the visit to the surgery to collect the prescription.
